Lawrence W. Arrington Lawrence W. Arrington has 28 years of experience with public policy and management issues at the local, state and federal levels of government. He has served as both a county and city manager in Florida and, early in his career as a Congressional Aid in Washington, DC. During the past decade, he has provided consulting services to public agencies, nonprofit organizations, and private clients. As a public manager consultant, he has worked closely with local, state, and federal agencies as well as the Florida Legislature and U.S. Congress. Arrington has special expertise in relations among all levels of governments and in the formation of partnerships among public, nonprofit, and private sectors. In addition to his practical and consulting experience, he has taught public administration at the graduate level at the University of Central Florida in Orlando. He also has served as an adjunct professor at Stetson University, teaching in the University’s Hollis Leadership Development Program and Political Science Department. He holds Bachelor and Masters of Arts degrees in political science from Stetson. Arrington is based in Central Florida, thereby increasing FBA’s accessibility to Florida clients.
