Andrew Fountain Andrew Fountain serves FBA, Inc. as an Executive Assistant and Research Analyst. In this role, Mr. Fountain conducts legislative research and tracks political developments in Congress, the Executive Branch, and in all federal agencies to help facilitate a productive relationship between FBA, Inc. and its clients. Included in this research is the close monitoring of critical appropriations legislation while it makes its way through the legislative process. This important research aspect allows FBA, Inc. and its clients the opportunity to act quickly and effectively during the complete appropriations process. As a result, Mr. Fountain has been able to direct clients to a variety of federal grant opportunities and play an influential role in attaining those grants and contracts for our clients. Mr. Fountain also works directly with Congressional offices in both the House of Representatives and the Senate to schedule important meetings for our clients on Capitol Hill. These meetings serve as a vital aspect of a successful government relations program and provide clients with the opportunity to directly discuss issues with Members of Congress and their staffs. Prior to joining FBA, Inc., Mr. Fountain completed an internship with the Washington, D.C. office of Congressman John Barrow of Georgia’s 12 th District. In this role, he was responsible for researching legislative activities, drafting memos and briefings, and constituent relations. Mr. Fountain received his Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs with a focus on International Relations and Security Affairs from the University of Georgia. Return to FBA Staff Members |
